For Spline Rolling

Automated loading and unloading for Spline Rolling Machines from Strategi Automation utilizes high-precision 6-axis articulated robots (Yaskawa / Fanuc). The robotic system automatically picks raw shafts from infeed magazines, inspects part orientation and keyways, loads the component into the spline rolling tooling, and transfers rolled parts into exit gravity chutes.

Loading and Unloading from a Spline Rolling Machine

A Yaskawa 6 Axis Robot picks fresh components, inspects them for a slot, loads them onto a spline rolling machine and then unloads these components into an exit gravity chute.
